Abstract

Human Resource (HR) management in educational institutions faces a variety of complex challenges, such as recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development. The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of these processes. This article aims to explore the potential application of AI in HRM in educational institutions, focusing on automation of administrative tasks, analysis of performance data, and data-driven decision-making. The research method used is a literature study and case study analysis of several educational institutions that have adopted AI technology. The results show that AI can improve accuracy in the recruitment process through algorithm-based selection systems, simplify training management with personalized program recommendations, and provide more objective performance analysis through real-time data processing. However, challenges such as infrastructure limitations, resistance from educators, and ethical issues in data usage need to be addressed. This article concludes that the integration of AI in HR management in educational institutions has great potential to improve operational efficiency, provided it is implemented with careful planning and a human-centered approach.
